Commissions accrue automatically on every paid invoice within the attribution window (60-day click cookie, 12-month subscription cap). 30-day hold before commissions become payable. Refunds and chargebacks claw back the corresponding commission. Stripe Connect handles all payouts and 1099-NEC tax forms.

How it works

  1. Apply with your email. We create your account and a free Stripe Connect Express account in one step.
  2. Finish Stripe payout setup (~5 min). You’ll add your bank info and SSN/EIN for tax forms. We never see your bank or card details — Stripe holds them.
  3. Share your referral link. Drop it on your blog, newsletter, social, podcast, or wherever you reach patients and caregivers. FTC disclosure is required (use “#ad” or “Paid partnership”).
  4. Earn automatically. When someone clicks your link and purchases within 60 days, the commission lands in your dashboard. Cleared commissions pay out monthly to your bank via Stripe.
